IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis.  
Therefore, interested persons should contact Bonnie by phone at 262.246.3949 to
make sure space is still available.

Register by regular mail OR by email application.  If you are making payment less than a week
before the show, a money order or cashiers check should be sent in lieu of a personal check.

1. REGULAR MAIL:  Print out the APPLICATION and return it, along with a check or money
order payable to BODI'S.  
2.  EMAIL: Fill out the email APPLICATION below.  Hit SUBMIT.  Print two copies of the form.

Spaces will only be reserved once payment has been received.  If you send the form in without
payment, YOUR SPACE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED RESERVED, unless prior arrangements
have been made.

Late registration is welcome if space is available.  Please call Bonnie to make payment

You may bring your own tables and chairs or you may rent them
from the Expo Center.  Rental is for both days.  You may mix and
match table sizes.

Electricity is available at $37.00 for two days from the Expo Center.  
Vendor supplies all electrical equipment. 2009 charge for electricity is $38.
Tables & Chairs are also a different price for 2009.

  • Friday 12:00 PM - 4:30PM AND Saturday 6:00 AM - 9:00AM.  
  • YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONLY IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN TIME.  
  • PLEASE - NO EARLY ARRIVALS ON FRIDAY, UNLESS YOU MAKE  
    ARRANGEMENTS.  WE WILL NOT BE READY FOR YOU.  
  • Your Space Number will be given to you when you check in.
  • If you cancel for any reason, you are responsible for any unpaid balance, unless your
    space can be filled.  
  • No subletting of space without permission.
  • IF YOU PACK UP EARLY ON SUNDAY, YOU WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK!
BODI'S TERMS AND POLICIES

  • No pets allowed.
  • It is okay to burn incense and candles unless complaints are made.
  • For safety's sake, children must be supervised at all times and not left to roam the halls.
  • We reserve the right to ask you to remove objectionable items.
